Cierra's Maid 2 Clean came recommended by several members via the Nextdoor App. I was lucky enough to able to secure a last minute deep clean of my home while my family was away on vacation, due to a rescheduling. Cierra was easy to get in touch with from start to finish and very transparent about the process and what the deep clean entailed. She was also very kind and patient with all of my questions and multiple messages; a great combination of personal and professional. When we returned, we were completely blown away by how clean our home turned out. We have two small children so crumbs, fingerprints and dust can add up quickly. It had been several days since the clean was completed, and our home still smelled fresh; it was so nice to come home to after a week away. Also, an earring (I had been missing for months) was found during the clean, and kindly left on my dresser when I returned home. It's clear Cierra employs staff who take pride in their work, as each room had as much attention to detail as the next. I am absolutely floored by the incredible job Cierra and her team have done to help us get our house in order before our next baby comes. We had gotten WAY behind on upkeep with my difficult pregnancy and focusing on our 3 year old. Not only was everything spotless, but our 3 year old asked us why we got a new tub. I had to explain that it wasn't new, it was clean 😂 He still insists it is a different bathtub. We've hired her team weekly, and their second time here, believe it or not, they have exceeded expectations again - and I haven't even gone around the entire house.
- Cierra reached out for feedback and when I had nothing but good things to say, she actually encouraged me to look harder - for even the smallest thing they could focus on or get next time. I REALLY had to look and even then, it was more of a 'this will get cleaner over time with maintenance' sort of thing.
- They willingly worked with us on our dog training. We have hyper dogs who LOVE people, but still require work on their manners. They attentively listened to our directions and our three dogs took to them much easier than many strangers and even people they are used to!
- Cierra went above and beyond when I asked about cleaning something that is not part of their usual package - she showed me what to do and took care of it this time around.
- They organized things that were out of place and in the way in the rooms and found better spots for them (we had asked specifically for this assistance). Their small changes have gone a long way.
